Box trucks up to 26 feet, sprinter vans, dump trucks, equipment trailers, service trucks, and most work trucks. If it has a CDL behind the wheel it fits here.
Do you offer drop-and-swap parking for last-mile companies?
Yes. Several Amazon DSP and last-mile carriers use the lot as a staging point. Drivers come, swap vehicles, and roll out. Talk to us about a dedicated zone.
Is the lot accessible early in the morning for first runs?
Monthly customers access the lot 24/7. Drivers can be in the cab at 4am, no problem.
Do you provide a contact for compliance audits?
Yes. The office can produce gate logs and camera footage for an audit. We can also act as a stable physical address for DOT records.
