Pricing is per length, not per category. A 24-foot boat-on-trailer costs about the same as a 24-foot travel trailer. Tell us the total length you bring through the gate and we will quote a flat monthly number.

Do you take Class A motorhomes and 45-foot fifth wheels?
Yes. The lot has space for full-size motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and toy haulers up to 45 feet.
Can I store my boat with the trailer?
Yes. Boats on trailers, jet skis on trailers, anything that rolls. We do not park boats in the water — only land storage.
Do you offer electrical hookups for batteries?
Not at every spot. Limited 110V is available in some areas to keep an RV battery topped off. Call to confirm whether a spot with power is open.
Can I come and go on weekends without notice?
Yes. Monthly customers have 24/7 gated access. Take the boat out Saturday morning, bring it back Sunday night — same gate code, no scheduling.
How is the lot secured at night?
Perimeter fencing all the way around, gate-controlled access, cameras with overnight coverage, and lighting. No after-hours staff on site every night, but the cameras are recording.
Do you allow RV maintenance on site?
Light maintenance like rinsing the rig, checking tires, hooking up — yes. No major mechanical work, painting, or fluid changes on the lot.
